All orders that arrive by 4 p.m. on working days are dispatched by post on the same day. In warm weather, chocolate products and fruit purees are not dispatched on Friday, but only on Monday, so that they are guaranteed to arrive chilled.
A Mail dispatch
We dispatch all orders with Swiss Post and only A Mail. This means that all orders arriving by 4 p.m. on working days can be delivered the following day so that nothing stands in the way of baking fun.
Dispatch from CH warehouse
We ship all products directly from our own warehouse in Switzerland in one parcel. Dropshipping (direct shipping from the manufacturer, usually from abroad) and multiple parcels for one order are therefore NOT available from us, which makes it much easier for you.
Recycling packaging
We pack orders in cardboard boxes that contain a high proportion of recycled paper and cardboard and only use certified recycled paper as stuffing material. Where possible, we optimise processes to reduce the amount of waste.
Reusable packaging
We reuse packaging material that we receive with our orders. Therefore, in exceptional cases we may use plastic packaging, but only because we have received it and would like to use it again.

Collection in Adliswil
You can also order and pay for your order directly via the online shop and then conveniently collect it from our shop in Adliswil at Webereistrasse 55. Because the Adliswil location does not stock the entire range, there may be small restrictions on the range.
You can drop by as you wish during opening hours and have a look around and get advice on site.
Shipping in summer
Our refrigerated shipping packaging is designed to absorb major temperature fluctuations. We also enclose cooling pads with the chilled delivery. These prevent the products from melting. However, you must explicitly select this option when dispatching. If your letterbox is exposed to strong sunlight or the temperature reaches around 25 °C, it is advisable to select this option when ordering chocolate products or chilled products (fruit purees, etc.). If this option is not selected, miniSchoggi GmbH accepts no responsibility or liability for the correct delivery of the products during dispatch. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping to the EU/WORLD
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept product orders from the EU or other countries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein. This is due to the extremely high shipping costs from Switzerland and the associated customs clearance and billing process. Thank you for your understanding. We therefore recommend that you have your order sent to a friend in Switzerland or visit us in person on your next visit to Switzerland.
Dispatch warehouse in Wittenbach
Online orders are dispatched directly from our external warehouse in Wittenbach, which guarantees you the best availability and punctual deliveries. This warehouse is operated directly by us and managed by dedicated miniSchoggi employees.
However, there is no on-site sale in Wittenbach, nor are collections possible. Thank you for your understanding.
