miniSchoggi was founded in February 2014 and specialises in professional courses and events as well as the distribution of bakery products. The miniSchoggi team consists of skilled bakers, creative confectioners and real chocolatiers. Every day we live with the passionate urge to create new things. With us, you will gain an insight into the world of freshly baked bread, the production of delicate cake creations or the sweet world of chocolate. The aim is always for you to be able to apply what you have learnt at home.

Since its foundation, the sweet community has been able to grow steadily thanks to you and constantly offer new courses. All course instructors at miniSchoggi are qualified professionals and look forward to welcoming you to a public course or event in the near future.

You can reach us during normal office hours (Mon - Fri from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 13.00 to 18.00). Due to courses and events, we cannot always guarantee availability. In this case, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
