Moulding chocolate bars
In our chocolate tablet event, each person pours two chocolate bars as well as a chocolate heart. There are many exquisite ingredients to choose from, such as cocoa nibs, cornflakes, nuts and freeze-dried fruits, which can be mixed with the chocolate and poured into the bars. Afterwards, the bars are decorated with various decorations and the chocolate heart can be inscribed with a personal message.

Bake Zurich Tirggel
Bake Zurich Tirggel together as a team event. First, everyone makes their own Tirggel dough from the best ingredients such as: Honey, flour and cinnamon. Then the dough is rolled out thinly and pressed into the desired Tirggel shape. There are many different Tirggel shapes to choose from. At the end, the Tirggels are baked in the oven and beautifully packaged.

Bake Christmas cookies
At this event, each person makes the following 4 types of Guetzli: Zimtstern, Brunsli, Spitzbub and Mailänderli. You will receive the required Guetzli doughs from us and can start rolling out and cutting out the Guetzli straight away. After baking, some of the cookies are filled with jam. At the end of the event, each person goes home with a well-filled Guetzli tin (approx. 80-100 Guetzli).

Make aperitif
At the team event, you will make your own delicious aperitif together. The following tasty delicacies will be shown and prepared by the event leader: Seed crackers, focaccia and beetroot mousse. The flûtes, parmesan biscuits, chicken balls with salsa sauce and the filled twisted cornets will be made entirely by the participants themselves. At the end, there is enough time to enjoy the aperitif in a cosy get-together.

High heels made of chocolate
At the beginning of the team event, you create your own chocolate bar. Afterwards, the pre-cast chocolate shoe can be decorated with filigree chocolate patterns. At this online Christmas biscuit event, you can make your own biscuits online together with your team or group members. Ideal for the run-up to Christmas and absolutely guaranteed to succeed.
Shortly before the event, you will receive freshly made pieces of dough by post, which have been lovingly handmade using our in-house recipes, which you will of course also receive as a complete collection of recipes in the box.
The following Guetzli varieties will be freshly made in our own kitchen at the Guetzli baking event and beautifully decorated in a festive way: Cinnamon stars, Spitzbuben, Brunsli and Mailänderli.

Since January 2020, we have six newly built event rooms in Zurich Adliswil. However, we are also mobile throughout Switzerland and are happy to come to your company or home.

After the event, the organiser will receive an invoice by e-mail for the number of people booked, which must be paid within 14 days. Of course, it is also possible to send the payment slip by post on request.
The reason we send an invoice is that we do not have any cash registers on site to do the accounting. In rare cases, we may insist on advance payment or card payment because the invoice z.B. is addressed to a person with a foreign billing address. MiniSchoggi reserves this right at all times. We thank you for your understanding.
Unfortunately, the parking situation in the cities of Zurich and Bern is somewhat difficult and we cannot guarantee parking spaces there, but can only refer you to the parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Thank you for your understanding.
In Zurich-Adliswil there are dozens of parking spaces along the river Sihl, which are even free of charge at the weekend. You will always find free spaces there. If, contrary to expectations, this is not the case, come up to the restaurant and we will show you where you can find additional parking spaces.
With every booked aperitif offer, we also include orange juice or mineral water with the prosecco for those people who do not wish to or are not allowed to consume alcohol.
The polterevents usually take place at a large table and thus in a seated position. Therefore, our wedding reception ideas are also very suitable for pregnant women. At the chocolate bar bachelorette party, on the other hand, you regularly get up, mix the ingredients yourself and pick up the chocolate yourself at the chocolate station. Therefore, getting up and sitting down as well as walking small distances in the room is regularly necessary there. However, if it only affects one person, this is no reason not to organise the event, as our course leader and certainly the other participants will be very happy to help.
At the cupcakes event, we deliberately avoid toppings that would not withstand a longer evening or warm temperatures. Decorations made of fondant, flower paste or royal icing can withstand warmer temperatures well, so it's absolutely no problem.
Chocolate can withstand temperatures of up to 25 °C well without direct sunlight. When storing in warm places, such as in the car or similar, it is advisable to take a cool box or similar with you in the car so that nothing happens.
If the temperatures are warmer, we will provide you with a cool bag for your chocolate creations instead of a normal carrier bag. This will keep them cool for several hours under normal conditions. However, if you are out in the sun for a longer period of time or the temperatures are very high, you can always put a cool drink in the cooler bag so that the chocolate still remains protected. In extremely warm weather (over 30 °C), we organise coolpads so that the chocolate certainly doesn't suffer.
At the cupcakes event, you will receive a special box for transport so that the cupcakes are well protected.
The cookies at the cookies event are packed in nice bags and then in a box so that they are well prepared for transport.
If you are decorating high heels at the event, you will receive a specially made box in which the moulded chocolate bar fits exactly. You attach your high heel to this chocolate bar with the help of some chocolate, so that the shoe is fixed. The shoe is therefore protected in the best possible way for further transport.
On the occasion of the praline team event and the chocolate bar event, you will receive a box for the pralines so that they are well protected and the truffles come in a bag. The bars will also be packed in transparent bags.
At the end of each event, you will receive a carrier bag for transport, which can also be labelled with your name so that there is no confusion.
If you are going to be on the road for a longer period of time, you can store the creations in a locker at the train station, in your car (if you have one) or, if you prefer, we can store the creations for a few days and you can collect them from us later.
The cupcakes have a shelf life of 1 week, although you can also freeze them together with the decoration. This extends the shelf life to 3 months.
The cookies have a shelf life of 8 weeks and can be stored at room temperature away from the sun.
Pralines and truffles can be kept at room temperature, protected from light, for 4 weeks and the chocolate bars and chocolate high heels, for at least 6 months.
You will therefore certainly have enough time to taste your creations or give them to your loved ones as gifts.
We ask that you arrive at your event on time so that the timings work out. If you arrive late, the course management will be forced to shorten the event accordingly. Depending on the day, the event room may be needed again before or after your event. Therefore, we are dependent on the rebuilding and cleaning time. Alternatively, the course management may have other appointments or be off work, so we would be grateful if you could arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the event and leave the room afterwards so that the course management can start cleaning.
A cosy atmosphere is very important to us. Therefore, it is absolutely no problem and does not generate any additional costs if an event should last a little longer, but for the reasons mentioned above we cannot make our rooms available for games or the like.

Please notify us of any changes as soon as possible, preferably by e-mail or, in the case of events, within 24 hours by telephone on 044 480 14 14.
Reductions in the number of people: The entire preparation process begins a week before the event and the event rooms are usually set up days in advance, so that only the fresh ingredients and fillings need to be prepared on the day of the event. Therefore, if there is a reduction in the number of people at short notice, we can unfortunately no longer take this into account in the billing. However, we recommend that you still prepare the creations in the group for the person who is unable to attend, usually due to health reasons, so that this person can also enjoy the event at home.
Should the number of persons fall below 6 persons for the two-hour events or below 10 persons for the one-hour events, please still make the quantity for 6 or 10 persons, as we have to invoice this number of persons as a minimum.
Increases in the number of people: In the vast majority of situations, we can implement a short-term increase in the number of people without any problem. In individual cases, however, it may not be possible if z.B. massively more people come or the products are no longer in stock.

In two exciting and varied hours, each person makes 35 of their own pralines and truffles. During a short chocolate tasting, interesting aspects of enjoyment and chocolate production are explained, and then it's straight down to making your own delicacies. This team event offers a choice of several delicate praline fillings that can be combined with fine ingredients. Of course, you can taste them, because a thorough quality control should never be missing.
After filling the chocolates, the pralines and truffles are sealed with liquid chocolate and beautifully decorated. The truffles are chemised (rolled by hand in liquid chocolate) in teams of two and finished with fine decorative ingredients. At the end, each person has a box full of chocolates as well as a beautiful bag full of fresh truffles. A group event that is guaranteed to go down well and remain in positive memory for a long time.
Classic hazelnut chocolate or would you prefer a fruity strawberry coconut chocolate bar? At this chocolate event, you have countless ingredients and the best Swiss fine chocolate at your disposal. Each person can create two chocolate bars of their own, which can also be decorated with aromatic, freeze-dried fruits, edible flowers or various sugar decorations. In addition, a chocolate heart can be individually labelled.
All fresh creations are beautifully packaged and have a shelf life of 6 months. Of course, there will be lots of tasting during the team event, because this is the only way to create the perfect mixture. In one hour and 30 minutes, this event will immerse you directly in the sweet theme and you can be creative right from the start. If you would like to delve deeper into the art of chocolate bar creation at your team event and have two hours to devote to this beautiful topic, the two-hour chocolate bar event is the perfect choice. After a short welcome, you start creating your own chocolate bars. While they are cooling in the fridge, you will learn how to taste chocolate professionally and what you need to bear in mind. You will also learn different secrets of chocolate making.
In addition to the four chocolate bars, you will make your own chocolate heart, which will also be individually labelled. You are therefore immersed in the art of writing with chocolate and may try your hand at it right away. The fresh chocolate bars and the noble chocolate heart are beautifully packaged and can of course be taken home, either as a surprise for your loved ones at home or for your own enjoyment. A sweet event where you are sure to have enough chocolate and the finest ingredients available and you can try many delicious combinations at this group event.
Who needs a shoe made of glass when you can have a shoe made of chocolate? Our creative corporate events are so varied that there is something for everyone. A classic is and remains our High Heels chocolate pouring course. To begin, you will choose one of our pre-poured chocolate high heels, which you will decorate during the course. The shoes are freshly moulded from the best Swiss chocolate (couverture) before each company event. You can choose between high heels made of white, dark or milk couverture.
After you have made the first decision of the creative company event, the course leader will demonstrate how to conjure up various decorations on the shoe with the help of a cornet. These can be lettering, hearts or simple dots. You decide what your shoe will look like in the end. Before you start working on the shoe, the patterns are practised on an additional piece of glassine paper. As soon as you have decided on a pattern, it is conjured up on the shoe.
Decorating cupcakes at the team event
The trend from the USA has long since reached Europe and thus also Switzerland. With its small size and colourful pardon, it makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. The cupcakes event is perfect for a team event for women who want to let off steam creatively.
At our cupcakes group event, each person gets four cupcakes pre-baked by us, which are just waiting to be creatively decorated by you. You will learn how to make beautiful bows, pearls, roses, flowers and leaves out of fondant (sugar paste). During this team event, a wide variety of small, colourful cakes are created.
At the end of the team event, each person gets to take home their own decorated cupcakes and receives their own recipe booklet to make them at home.

At this event, each participant will make the following 4 types of cookies: Cinnamon Star, Brunsli, Spitzbub and Mailänderli. Each participant will receive the required Guetzli doughs from us and can immediately start rolling out and cutting out the Guetzli. After baking, some of the cookies will be filled with jam. At the end of the event, everyone goes home with a well-filled Guetzli tin (approx. 80-100 Guetzli).
It should be noted that the focus of this event is not on making the dough, but on processing and finishing the Guetzli. Due to the variety, it is not possible to make all the doughs on the same day, so some will be prepared the day before and others will be made by the participants themselves on the day of the course.
At the end of the course, each participant will receive a recipe booklet with all the Guetzli recipes and precise instructions to take home.
Baking Züri Tirggel as a team event
You wanted to do something typically Zurich at the team event? How about traditional Zürchi Tirggel?
At this team event, each person makes their own tirggel dough. The Tirggel dough consists of only the best ingredients such as honey, cinnamon and flour. Once the dough is ready, the next step is to roll out the honey dough and then choose the desired Tirggel shape. Once you have found a suitable subject from a variety of possible Tirggel shapes, the rolled-out dough is carefully pressed into the shape and shaped again. Now the Tirggel has got its typical embossing and can be baked in the oven.
You can bake as many different Tirggels as you like until you have used up all the dough you have made. At the end of the group event, the made Züri Tirggel are nicely packed in transparent bags and closed with a mesh. The Tirggels can now be sold on during the Polterabend or taken home as a sweet souvenir.

Making an aperitif together at the company event
Make a delicious aperitif together with your team. The following delicacies will be made at our aperitif event:
Focaccia with rosemary and salt, crispy chicken balls with a mango salsa, flûtes with cheese, chilli, rosemary or salt, parmesan biscuits with a tomato or olive mousse, dumplings filled with chicken curry or vegetarian with a sweet and sour cream.
At the beginning, your group will be divided into smaller teams and each team will make different appetisers for the whole group. At the end of the event, the prepared delicacies are enjoyed together with a glass of prosecco, orange juice or mineral water.
Spend two sweet hours together with your team or customers and make your very own chocolate Easter bunnies. Make up (technical term for decorating hollow figures) your own bunny according to your own ideas, requiring imagination, creativity and a steady hand. Dare to try something new and devote yourself completely to making the sweet Easter bunnies. As a refreshment, you can of course taste the chocolate, because it should also be enjoyed.
Our chocolatiers will be on hand to give you advice and explain the individual steps at the beginning, so that you are guaranteed to succeed with your own bunny. Freeze-dried fruits, hazelnuts, almonds, coconut shavings, cocoa nibs, pistachios, flakes, rice crisps, cornflakes, ginger, chilli, fleur du sel and sultanas. For the chocolate, there is a choice of white, milk and dark Swiss chocolate.
At the end, the individual bars are packed in transparent bags and closed with a beautiful mesh. The chocolate bars produced have a shelf life of 3 months. Each person has 40 chocolate bars at the end of the event (total = 1kg).
