The silicone piping bags are truly multi-talented! You can use them for various sweet desserts and salty nibbles. Inside the piping bags are quite smooth, so all masses slide down better and can be easily pressed out. On the outside, however, the surface is rather rough and thus guarantees a good grip. Silicone is very easy to clean and is therefore more hygienic for piping bags than fabric.
Silicone piping bag - application
Instead of laboriously filling the muffin tins with a spoon, the batter can also be injected with a piping bag, without air pockets or dripping batter. Cream puffs and muffins can be piped well without a piping bag, but even with a nozzle, you can make classy creations. Use a round nozzle to pipe plain éclairs, which you can later cover with couverture or a soft fondant, or elegant macarons. Use a French star nozzle to create elegant patterned éclairs or small pastry swans. Depending on the size of the spout, the opening must be cut a little wider.
The piping bags can also be filled with still hot masses. The silicone is very heat-resistant and durable and can also be washed out hot. The piping bags are food safe and very stable.
