Simply place the egg separator on a glass or small bowl. The holders on the egg separator help with stable positioning. Break the egg, the egg separator has a small metal point for this purpose, so that this succeeds perfectly and empty the contents into the egg separator. The egg white flows into the bowl or the glass and the yolk remains in the egg separator. We advise you to empty the egg white into a separate key or glass after each egg, because if an opening goes wrong and the yolk runs directly into the egg separator in liquid form, it happens and the egg white no longer becomes stiff. Any egg yolk that is careful and intact is perfectly held back by the egg separator. Separating egg whites and yolks has never been so easy!
