Roll fondant, colloquially known as fondant, decorative fondant, icing or modeling paste, is a soft sugar paste that is used to decorate baked goods such as cakes, cupcakes and cake pops. Roll fondant can simply be used as a coating for cakes, fondant cakes, cake pops or as a topping for cupcakes.

Possibilities with the roll fondant blanket

The rolled fondant blanket is an already rolled out blanket that you can place over your cake in just a few simple steps. This gives you a good basis for further decorations and another flavor that refines your cakes. You can also cut out different motifs from the blanket and use them as decorations or use the mixture to model subjects.

Processing roll fondant

Using the roll fondant blanket

The rolled fondant blanket is sufficient for a cake with a diameter of around 20 to 25 cm and a height of 7.5 cm or for a cake with a diameter of around 15 to 20 cm and a height of 10 cm.
