Mix 2.5 grams of gelatin powder with 12.5 grams of water. Heat the mixture in the microwave on medium power for 15-20 seconds or until it is completely dissolved and now add it to your cream, panna cotta or fruit jelly. Do not stir the gelatin into boiling liquid or it will lose its gelling function.

Only as long as the mass is still warm, the gelatin dissolves. Fold the whipped cream into the mass and your chocolate mousse is ready!
