To get the nougat liquid, put it in a heat-resistant bowl. Place this bowl in a hot water bath. Stir the nougat until it becomes liquid. The mass should not be heated to more than 40 degrees. Now you can add hazelnut brittle, coconut flakes, coffee or alcoholic drinks. With this filling you can make delicious chocolates. The nougat can also be used as a cake glaze.
