The cherry fruit powder can be added to the shell or filling of macarons, coloring them 100% naturally and giving them an extremely delicious cherry flavor. It can also be used to flavor butter creams.

But even if you make your own chocolates, this cherry fruit powder is an ingredient you don't want to do without. This cherry fruit powder can be added to the praline filling to create a fresh, natural cherry flavor. The fruit often does not taste strong enough in chocolate.
