The snow-white cream is perfect to fill and cover your cakes. This cream is also brilliant as a cupcake topping. You can frost your cupcakes with it and the cream stays nice and stiff. Thanks to the snow-white color and the light vanilla flavor, it is easy to spread on any cake. If you want, you can change the taste and color of the cream with flavor pastes and food coloring. There are no limits to your imagination and ideas. The cream is not suitable for fondant. Sugar decorations should be sprinkled on the cake or cupcakes just before serving.
One portion of cream is enough to spread on a cake with a diameter of 25 cm and two layers as a filling or topping for 24 - 30 cupcakes.

100 ml milk
100 ml water
Put the powder with the milk and water in a mixing bowl and mix the mixture for three minutes at high speed with a hand mixer or food processor. If you wish, you can now mix your Favorite flavor and Food coloring paste add or you leave the cream in the beautiful snow-white color and light vanilla flavor. Fruit juices, alcoholic beverages and spices also mix well into the cream. The cream has a consistency similar to whipped cream, but is lighter and not so greasy and can be used immediately.
The powder can also be mixed with only 200 ml of milk, then it gives a very creamy cream. If you want a not so creamy mass, then add only 200 ml of water.
The finished cream can be stored in the refrigerator for several days or in the freezer for three months. Before reuse, stir the mass again well.
Now the cream can be used for different things. As an airy and fluffy filling for your cake or with the help of a Spatulas you can spread your cake nice and smooth with it. You can decorate your cupcakes with a Star or rosette nozzle great decorate. It can also be used as a filling for fine macarons. It tastes especially good when the cream is used to make a small rim, which is then decorated with a Fruit jelly is filled up.
