The cream is ideal for filling and covering your cakes. This cream is also brilliant as a cupcake topping. You can use it to frost your cupcakes and the cream remains nice and stiff and stable. This chocolate cream is easy to spread on any cake. However, if you wish, you can change the taste and color of the cream with flavor pastes and food coloring. There are no limits to your imagination and ideas. The cream is not suitable for fondant. Sugar decorations should be sprinkled on the cake or cupcakes just before serving.
One portion of cream is enough to spread on a cake with a diameter of 25 cm and two layers as a filling or topping for 24 - 30 cupcakes.

100 ml milk
100 ml water
Place the powder in a mixing bowl with the milk and water and mix the mixture for three minutes at high speed using a hand mixer or food processor. Fruit juices, alcoholic drinks and spices can also be mixed into the cream. The cream has a consistency similar to whipped cream, but is lighter and less greasy and can be used immediately.
The powder can also be mixed with just 200 ml of milk to make a very creamy cream. If you want a less creamy mixture, add just 200 ml of water.
The finished cream can be stored in the fridge for several days or in the freezer for three months. Stir the mixture well again before using it again.
The cream can now be used for various things. As an airy and fluffy filling for your cake or you can use a spatula to spread it on your cake to make it nice and smooth. You can decorate your cupcakes with a star or rosette nozzle.oll decorate your cupcakes. It can also be used as a filling for fine macarons. It tastes particularly good when the cream is used to pipe a small border, which is then filled with a fruit jelly.
