With this buttercream powder mix, these problems are solved! The application is quite simple, the consistency can be easily controlled and changed. Despite the butter contained, the cream becomes airy, moreover, you can refine to taste with a little flavor paste or flavoring.
One portion of buttercream is enough to fill and spread a cake with a diameter of 20 cm or as a topping for 12 cupcakes.

Mix the powder with as much water as corresponds to the subsequent use of the cream. Let the mixture stand at room temperature for an hour. Then beat the butter for about 5 minutes until foamy, for this it should also be at room temperature. Then add the mixture to the butter in small portions, stirring well each time. Finally, continue beating the cream for about 10 minutes and then put it in the refrigerator for a bit. If the cream is used as a filling, a short resting time is enough, for piping roses and flowers, the buttercream should be nice and cold and firm.
You can also flavor or color the ready-mixed buttercream. For coloring, gel or paste colors should be used, as they do not affect the consistency of the mass. Adding a little flavor paste will give your buttercream a delicious and natural taste. Liquid flavoring can also be used, but only a few drops should be put in, otherwise the cream will become soft.
Now the buttercream can be used for different things. With the help of a spatula, you can spread your cake nice and smooth. Buttercream is particularly popular as a coating for fondant cakes, as it protects the coating from softening. With the help of a star or rosette nozzle, you can also apply the cream as a cupcake topping.
With a slightly firmer buttercream you can also dress pretty buttercream roses on your cupcakes or cake. It can also be used as a filling for fine macarons. It tastes especially good when the cream is refined with flavor paste or only a small edge is dressed, which is then filled with a fruit jelly.
