If a cake or a single decoration made of fondant or chocolate is still missing that certain something, then a little gloss spray is needed. The spray can be easily sprayed on and thus evenly distributed. Unlike glitter or mica, this spray gives only a subtle shine and is thus ideal for all creations.
The gloss spray is suitable for various treats and decorations, but should be used sparingly, as it could soften fondant a bit if applied excessively, for example. So prepare your decoration or a pastry. This can be, for example, modeled figures, fondant flowers or large sugar flowers. It can also be used to enhance chocolate.
It's best to have baking paper ready as a base, so the table isn't sprayed with it as well. Then place the individual decorations or pastries on it ready. Shake the can a little and then spray the glossy film sparingly from a little distance. Don't spray too much at once to avoid softening. Instead, you can let the individual pieces dry a bit and spray again later.
The finished decorations can then be given directly on cakes, desserts or other treats. This is how you make your creations shine, the spray does not change the taste and is suitable for consumption. Only a subtle, colorless shine is applied, there are no glitter particles or the like.
