There can never be enough colorful sprinkles, sugar pearls and glitter on cakes, tarts, cookies, pastries, cupcakes and cake pops. You can let your imagination run wild. The special thing about these sprinkles is that you can also bake them in pastries. So you can mix them in or sprinkle them on top of anything. They do not stain the dough when stirred in, retain their vibrant color even after baking and taste vanilla-sweet. The mix includes sprinkles in the colors yellow, red, green, blue and pink.
The application is as simple as it can be. Simply mix the baking-safe sprinkles into your batter before baking to conjure up brightly colored confetti dots in cakes, cookies, muffins, etc. That's right, before baking. These sprinkles are specially created for baking at up to 250 degrees. Of course, you can also use them without baking them afterwards. You can mix them in or sprinkle them on top of anything. They do not stain the batter when stirred in, retain their vibrant color even after baking and taste sweet and vanilla. The mix includes sprinkles in the colors yellow, red, green, blue and pink.
120 g butter
140 g Dark couverture
120 g liquid egg white
60 g ground almonds
20 g ground hazelnuts
50 g white flour
170 g granulated sugar
1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
2. Melt the butter together with the couverture over a water bath.
3. Place the egg whites, liquid butter and liquid couverture in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer or food processor to form a homogeneous mixture.
4. Mix the ground almonds, hazelnuts, sugar and white flour together in a bowl and add to the whipped mixture. Mix until a homogeneous mixture has formed.
5. Pour the finished mixture into prepared cupcake cases and place in a Cupcake baking tray Bake at 160 °C fan oven for about 18 minutes. (filling weight per cupcake = 55 g)
The cupcakes can then be decorated and served as desired.
You can keep the delicious cakes at room temperature for 5 - 7 days or in the freezer for 3 months.
