The super sprinkles are 100% edible and have a neutral taste. The great thing about these colorful sugar pearls is that they can be used in many different ways. Sprinkle your cookies, cakes, ice cream and sweets with our super sprinkles to your heart's content. The sugar sprinkles can be sprinkled onto a glaze or chocolate coating just before they dry and applied to fondant, flower paste, modeling chocolate or marzipan with light pressure. The beautiful colorful sprinkles are not only suitable for decorating pastries, cakes and tarts, but also make a great table decoration for special occasions. Wonderful for creating great effects on irresistibly sweet works of art!
120 g butter
140 g Dark couverture
120 g liquid egg white
60 g ground almonds
20 g ground hazelnuts
50 g white flour
170 g granulated sugar
1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
2. Melt the butter together with the couverture over a water bath.
3. Place the egg whites, liquid butter and liquid couverture in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer or food processor to form a homogeneous mixture.
4. Mix the ground almonds, hazelnuts, sugar and white flour together in a bowl and add to the whipped mixture. Mix until a homogeneous mixture has formed.
5. Pour the finished mixture into prepared cupcake cases and place in a Cupcake baking tray Bake at 160 °C fan oven for about 18 minutes. (filling weight per cupcake = 55 g)
The cupcakes can then be decorated and served as desired.
You can keep the delicious cakes at room temperature for 5 - 7 days or in the freezer for 3 months.
