The Super Sprinkles are 100% edible and have a neutral taste. The great thing about these colorful sugar pearls is that they can be used in many ways. Sprinkle your cookies, cakes, ice cream and sweets to your heart's content with our Super Sprinkles. The sugar sprinkles can be sprinkled on a glaze or chocolate coating just before it dries and applied with light pressure on fondant, flower paste, modeling chocolate or marzipan. The beautiful colorful sprinkles are not only suitable for decorating pastries, cakes and pies, but also convince as table decorations for special occasions. Wonderfully suitable for great effects on irresistibly sweet works of art!
120 g butter
140 g Dark couverture
120 g liquid egg white
60 g ground almonds
20 g ground hazelnuts
50 g white flour
170 g granulated sugar
Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
2. Melt the butter together with the couverture over a water bath.
3. Put the egg whites, the melted butter and the melted couverture in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer or food processor until homogeneous.
4. Mix the ground almonds, hazelnuts, sugar and white flour together in a bowl and add to the whipped mixture. Mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
5. Pour the finished mass into prepared cupcake cups and place them in a Cupcake baking tray Bake at 160 °C convection oven for about 18 minutes. (filling weight per cupcake = 55 g)
The cupcakes can then be decorated and served as desired.
You can keep the delicious cupcakes for 5 - 7 days at room temperature or store them in the freezer for 3 months.
