The confetti gives a wonderful party look and brings the celebration directly into your bakery. Do you already have an idea what you want to bake? The confetti looks super cute especially on cupcakes. Here's a delicious, fluffy recipe for cupcakes.
You will need:
1 tsp baking powder50
g butter (room tempered)
2 eggs200
g flour120
ml milk1
pinch of salt1
package vanilla sugar160 g sugarForthe
topping you will need:
250 g whole cream8 gcream

First mix the sugar with the vanilla sugar. Now beat the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar mixture and the soft butter and a pinch of salt and beat until creamy. Gradually stir in the milk. Preheat the oven to 180° C top/bottom heat.
Now sift the flour with the baking powder and slowly stir in to the butter mixture.
Butter a muffin tin or fill it with paper muffin cups. Now fill the muffin cups halfway with the batter. Place everything on the middle shelf in the oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 180° C.
For the cream, whip the full cream until stiff, stir in the sugar and cream stiffener. Meanwhile, you can color the stiff cream with your favorite colors. To do this, divide the mass into different bowls and color each mass with a different color. Of course, it's up to you how many different colors you want to add to your cupcake. Now fill the cream masses into different piping bags and pipe them on nicely. You can only start piping when your cupcakes are completely cooled down, otherwise it can happen that the cream becomes liquid and melts on the cupcake. We recommend that you use a star nozzle for piping.
Now we come to the grain: the decorating. To do this, simply remove the edible paper from the packaging and then apply it to the treats. We recommend that you attach the edible paper decorations just before presenting, so your decoration does not soak during transport and stays nice and fresh.
The funny eating paper is especially popular with children. It crackles like a delicious wafer and moreover, the eating paper comes in different colors and shapes. The edible paper is different, as the name suggests, no paper, but simply a flat too long baked dough from flour, water and starch. The edible paper is also already known as a wafer in the bakery. Often nut macaroons are placed on wafers after forming and baked so that the macaroons do not become too hard.
Dive into the sweet world of cupcakes and muffins! In our Cupcake courses you will learn about various cupcake decorations and can also implement them immediately. Of course, you can take your self-decorated cupcakes home with you, as well as a detailed recipe booklet and a huge range of tips and tricks for making them at home.
