With this drip cake icing, you can create beautiful drip cake decorations in no time at all. To do this, place the bottle without the lid in the microwave for 30 seconds, then close it again with the lid and shake well for 1 minute. If you don't have a microwave, you can also heat the drip cake icing bottle in a water bath. The icing can now be arranged and spread on the cake or the coated cake using a narrow bottle opening. Finally, add several decorations to the drip cake icing, such as meringues, broken chocolate: Meringues, broken chocolate, fruit, flowers or sprinkles. The finished drip cake should be stored in the fridge or in a cooler place.

Drip cake glaze milk chocolate, 275 g

With this drip cake icing, you can make beautiful drip cake decorations in no time at all. To do this, place the bottle without the lid in the microwave for 30 seconds, then close it again with the lid and shake everything well for 1 minute. If you don't have a microwave, you can also place the Drip Cake Glaze bottle in a lukewarm water bath for approx. 5 minutes and then shake everything well. Now the icing can be easily arranged and spread on the cake or the coated cake using the narrow opening of the bottle. Various decorations can then be added to the drip cake icing, such as Meringues, broken chocolate, fruit, flowers, macarons or sprinkles. The finished drip cake should be kept in the fridge or in a cooler place until ready to eat.

The glaze may lose some of its shine in the fridge, but this shine will return as soon as the glaze is taken out of the fridge. Thanks to the practical bottle with integrated cap, the remaining unused icing can simply be resealed and stored in a cool, dry place. The drip cake icing can easily be made liquid several times without the icing breaking. When heating in the microwave or in a bain-marie, make sure that the drip cake icing is never heated above 50 °C, otherwise the icing can burn and become slightly gritty.
