Chocolate decorations
Chocolate end chips and sprinkles are among the indispensable classic chocolate decorations, but they have now become a nice bit more versatile thanks to the possibilities offered by modern chocolate confectionery:
Dark chocolate chips made from the finest Swiss chocolate are always needed in quite large quantities if you are a fan of Black Forest cake; on this queen of cakes, the chocolate decorations are just as much a part of the cake as the cream. Delicate dark chocolate chips, however, are also happy to transform a plain cranberry tart or a cherry-vanilla yogurt into a fruity, crackling chocolate dream, and the Bûche de Noël natural outfit under the Christmas decorations also looks really good. White chocolate chips (combined with fruits) bring lightness into play, transform any chocolate cake into an experience of exclusive chocolate variety, refine the traditional chocolate truffle cake and make it especially lush.
But now you can find chocolate decorations in many bright colors, which opens up a whole new range of decoration possibilities: The self-poured chocolate bar with orange violet aroma is decorated quite nobly with violet chocolate chips; the lemon cream cake is quite surprising when the shell of yellow chocolate chips melts delicately in your mouth. Pralines are coated with red, blue, green chocolate chips to become a colorful ornament of the party buffet, which sparks some curiosity. Bretzeli (Bricelets), Basler Brunsli, Bouchons vaudois or the pure, creamy Caramels à la crème taste refreshingly new with a decoration of orange chocolate chips and at least twice as good for all true chocolate fans ... just a few suggestions, with this colorful variety of colors it will not be difficult for you to come up with a wealth of decoration ideas yourself.
The chocolate decorations are made of chocolate with natural ingredients (sugar, cocoa and cocoa butter, clarified butter, soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavoring and, in the case of the colorful chips, a little food coloring. They are packaged in resealable bags of 250 g, which you can use to add delicious colorful accents to many of your chocolate creations if you store the fine chocolate products in a cool, dry place at about 18°C. All the necessary accessories for decorating or transporting the richly decorated delicacies in one piece to the "place of consumption" can of course also be found in our store - so you can start very soon with your most beautiful (colorful) chocolate decoration.
