Want to easily decorate a cake, cupcake or great cake pops with small cars? The car cutters are perfect for creating many different colored small cars, which can then be applied to cakes, cupcakes and much more. Choose a mass from which you want to cut out the shapes afterwards. You can use marzipan or flower paste, but fondant, Massa Ticino and modeling chocolate are also suitable. Depending on the mass, use a different base. For sugar masses, a little baker's starch will keep them from sticking to the work surface. A silicone mat is also a good choice.

Now roll out the mass thinly. Make sure that it does not become as thin as would be suitable for a flower, for example. The small cars should hold well on their own and may therefore be a good 3 mm thick. Once you are happy with the thickness, you can use light pressure to cut out the shapes. Then press down on the ejector once, this will imprint the windows and doors on the cars. Then press out the fondant with the ejector.

The individual cars can also be further decorated. With an airbrush you can spray on other colors, with some powder paint you can paint the car metallic. With a food pen or some black powder or paste paint, you can color the car windows black. You can also add more details or patterns with a food pen or some royal icing.
