Cookie cutter with ejector deer

Simple, practical and every Güetzi is an absolute eye-catcher! These cookie cutters can be used to cut out fine and detailed deer motifs. The cutter is perfect for any biscuit dough. Whether savory or sweet, the cookies taste even better with this motif! The deer cutters are approx. 5 cm long, approx. 6.5 cm wide and ideal for different types of dough, fondant or marzipan. With the help of the integrated ejector, you can easily place the cookies on the baking tray without destroying the fine contours. The cutter is embossed on the inside so that your cookies are already cut out with the required contours. The embossing is still clearly visible on the baked cookie. After baking, the cookies can be decorated to your heart's content with food coloring pens, royal icing, chocolate or sugar pearls.

How to use the pretty cookie cutter

The perfect dough for the cookie cutters: The cookie cutters are suitable for different types of dough. A simple Milanese dough is not only delicious, but also quick to make. You need:

300 g flour

150 g powdered sugar

8 g vanilla sugar

1 egg

1 tsp baking powder

Zest of one untreated lemon

150 g butter

This is how it works: Simply mix all the ingredients together and knead into a firm dough. You can also use a kneading machine for this. Now you can roll out the dough thinly and cut out the hearts. Make sure that your work surface, your hands, the rolling pin and the cookie cutters are dusted with flour or baking starch. This will prevent your dough from tearing during processing. A thinly rolled out dough will be crispy after baking. If you want your cookies to be softer, you can also leave the dough 0.5 cm thick. We recommend that you leave the dough 0.5 cm thick, as the cookie cutters leave an imprint in the cookie dough. This makes the biscuits look even more beautiful after baking. Now cut out the cookies and press the embossing button once or twice. Now you have the cutter on and when you press the button again, the biscuits will fall right out of the cutter. Now place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius until golden brown. If you now want to decorate your cookies with royal icing, take the royal icing mix. Prepare the mix as described on the packaging. So that the icing does not just remain white, you can color the icing with the ProGel colors. Divide the icing into as many different bowls as the colors you want. One dab of the ProGel colors is enough to achieve an intense color. You can now apply the royal icing to the cooled biscuits with a brush or a cornet. You can now add various sprinkles to the cookie. The cookie should now be placed in a dry place to dry for a while. This is probably the most difficult step for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Simple cookie cutters with many areas of application

Baking cookies is a great family activity for a weekend. There's nothing better than nibbling on the raw dough and decorating the cutters after baking. Decorating the cookies with colored royal icing, sugar icing or tempered chocolate is particularly fun. The cutters can also be used as cake cutters for cake decorating. Fondant or marzipan figures create the perfect highlights for a summery cake. To do this, roll out the fondant or marzipan with a rolling pin and baking starch and cut out the sweet motifs.

Are the cookie cutters also easy to clean? - Of course!

The cookie cutters are made of food-safe, sturdy polypropylene. This plastic is very robust and suitable for children's hands. We recommend cleaning the cookie cutter immediately after use and rinsing it under warm running water. Of course, the cookie cutters can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
