The next day, roll out to a thickness of 5 mm and cut out as many cookies as possible. To emboss each biscuit, briefly hold the cutter on the table and press the ejector down. Then simply detach the cookies and place them on baking paper. Reassemble the remaining dough and roll out again. Bake the whole tray at 170° C for 10 - 15 minutes.
