The direct use of the flavor paste is not recommended, because it is very flavorful and is better to use as a flavor enhancer of chocolate ganache or cream fillings.

You can refine praline, cake, éclair or macaron fillings with a delicious nutty flavor in no time at all with the ready-made hazelnut paste. The paste can be used for any creams, fillings and ganache.
For delicious and quickly made chocolates, you will need some hollow praline balls or shells, a praline filling or ganache, a piping bag and some couverture. When making your praline filling, you can add some hazelnut paste to flavor the filling with delicious hazelnut flavor.Then place the finished praline filling in the piping bag and cut off the tip. This allows you to pipe the cream directly into the hollow spheres or shells. You can also mix the paste with some chocolate ganache in advance, this will create a sufficiently intense, creamy hazelnut ganache. Finally, seal the chocolates with some tempered couverture and decorate or coat with sprinkled decor, sprinkles or coconut flakes as desired.
If you would like to enhance your Éclairs, Macarons or a cake with a fine hazelnut flavor, add a little of the paste to your cream. For Éclairs, for example, a simple vanilla or chocolate mousse is suitable; for macarons, buttercream is a good choice. For a delicious cake filling, you can also make a vanilla cream or, for example, a yogurt or curd mixture and mix it with the flavoring paste.
For a delicious hazelnut ice cream, make a simple basic ice cream mixture. For this you can use your own recipe or the basic mass from our ice cream course. The mass is then mixed with a little hazelnut paste. This is how the mass is frozen.
