Pralines, cakes and other desserts such as éclairs or macarons with a chocolatey taste are easily made with the ready ganache. The ganache can be used pure or additionally mixed with another cream. Glace and toppings for cupcakes can also be made this way.
For delicious and quickly made chocolates you need some hollow praline balls or shells, a piping bag and some couverture. Then put the ganache briefly in a bowl and warm it over steam or in a bain-marie. Alternatively, it also goes briefly in the microwave at 340 W for about 1 minute. Mix the ganache briefly and fill it into the piping bag and cut it off at the tip. This allows the ganache to be piped directly into the hollow spheres or shells. Finally, seal the chocolates with some tempered couverture and decorate or coat with sprinkles, sprinkles or coconut flakes as desired.
If you want to give your éclairs, macarons or a cake a chocolatey flavor, add a little of the ganache to your cream or whip the ganache briefly to create an airy filling. The ganache is also ideal as a filling for cake making, the amount is enough for about two layers of a ø 20 cm cake or one layer of a ø 25 cm cake or for spreading a ø 20 cm cake. The ganache can also be super used as a topping for cupcakes, whereby about 20 to 25 cupcakes can be decorated with one can.
