A homemade praline belongs in an equally elegant praline capsule. The size of the molds is perfect for pralines and truffles.
The praline moulds have a colorful design and add a touch of color to your chocolate.
What is particularly great about the aluminum moulds is that they can be used directly as a mould for a praline. To do this, make a rather firm ganache. This is particularly easy to make, for example, by boiling 50 g of cream. Then pour the hot cream over 125 g of milk couverture pieces. Now mix gently until all the lumps have disappeared. Cover the mixture directly with cling film and refrigerate. As soon as it is relatively firm, stir well again and pour into a piping bag.
Now fill the piping bags up to the top edge. Of course, it looks best if you use a piping nozzle, for example a star or rosette nozzle. You can also use small decorations to create further elegant embellishments. For example, add a crispy pearl, a few dried flowers or a small mocha bean to the top of the ganache in the middle. The ganache can be flavored with a little mocha paste, but you should make sure that the filling does not become too soft.
The chocolates are chilled again and as soon as they are firm, they are ready to be enjoyed and given as gifts.
