Description
Chocolate mold numbers 0-9 application and properties
Pour shapely numbers from chocolate and refine your sweet creations.
Application
Wash out the mold with warm water and then polish it so that the chocolate numbers shine afterwards. Now fill the mold with tempered couverture. For a flat edge, scrape off the excess chocolate with a metal scraper or fill the mold evenly with a piping bag. Chill for 15-20 minutes. The cold will cause the chocolate to contract and release from the mold.
The mold provides 9 wells for the numbers 0-8. For a nine, pour the six and turn it over.
The mold is not dishwasher safe.
