To begin, make the desired mass. This can be, for example, a vanilla cream, a butter cream, a topping or sauce, a cake or cupcake batter, an ice cream mixture or even a chocolate ganache. Then add 20 to 25 g of the flavoring paste to every 500 g of mixture and mix it in well. Then taste a little and add a little more, according to taste. For doughs or fillings that are subsequently baked at over 200 degrees, enough paste should be used, as the mass loses its flavor slightly due to the heat.
