Create great amazement with little effort. Thanks to these pre-shaped metal spatulas, making chocolate decorations is child's play. Put the finishing touches to your creations with homemade chocolate leaves. And it's that easy:
Dip the stamp completely in tempered chocolate coating.
Make sure that there is not too much chocolate on the stamp. If necessary, you can lightly brush off the chocolate coating so that there is only a thin layer of chocolate on the spatula.
You can completely remove the chocolate from the surface of the stamp by wiping it off.
Press the stamp lightly onto a strip of PVC film that you have prepared beforehand.
To obtain the stem of the decoration, loosen the stamp after lightly pressing it on and pull the still liquid chocolate downwards to create a fine stem.
If you want a straight decoration, you can now leave the chocolate to dry. However, if you want a curved chocolate decoration, we recommend placing the PVC strip together with the chocolate on a baguette baking tray to create a curvature.
Once the chocolate decorations have dried, you can finish the decorations, either by cutting the sides for the feathers or adding a touch of glitter - it's up to you.
