Data sheet
Measuring and processing is so easy. You can measure a wide variety of liquids directly in the measuring cup or add ingredients on the scale. Pouring is also very easy thanks to the pouring aid. The vessel has a very accurate milliliter and liter graduation, so you can measure even very small differences from 60 ml. You can easily mix and puree, beat and measure in the vessel.
90 g soft butter
90 g granulated sugar
65 g whole egg
90 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
5 g milk
200 g berries
Sugar
Lemon juice
Beat the butter and sugar in a measuring cup until fluffy. Gradually add the whole egg. Mix the flour and baking powder into the mixture and finally stir in the milk.
Now pour the mixture into a small container of your choice or into several cupcake molds and place in the oven preheated to 160 °C convection. After about an hour, you can do a chopstick test and remove the finished cupcake from the oven. Transfer the cake to a cooling rack and let it cool slightly.
While the cake is in the oven, you can already put 200 g of mixed berries in a pan. At will, cover the berries and cook until soft, together with sugar and a little lemon juice.
Once you have washed the measuring cup, you can pour the hot berry mixture. With the blender, mix the berries until only small pieces are left. Depending on your taste, you can pass the sauce through a sieve, let it cool down or serve it fresh with the lukewarm cake. The whole thing tastes even better if you add some freshly whipped cream.
