Indispensable baking aids in the kitchen
Whether you want to return a favor or congratulate someone on their birthday, homemade cakes exude love and care. But what if, during the actual baking process, the batter doesn't rise well, sticks to the pan or tastes too bland? These indispensable baking aids make every cake succeed.
Mixing bowl
First, get all the ingredients ready. Then you can get started: A nice, large mixing bowl must be available. Who hasn't experienced the phenomenon of flour dusting the work surface next to it? A large mixing bowl, which should also be light in material so that you can lift it easily, is important.
Measuring cup
Accurate and properly measured ingredients make the cake a coherent work of art. If you use too little butter, sugar or flour, you'll be surprised when you take the cake out of the oven. It's better to weigh everything carefully right away. Alternatively, you can use a kitchen scale.
Stirrer
There are numerous variations here, but a simple rod mixer should not be missing in any kitchen when baking. The bars can usually be cleaned in the dishwasher afterwards, after they have been licked off with relish as they were in the past. A creamy, fluffy chocolate cake only turns out really well after you've used suitable baking aids to work evenly for a few minutes.
Dough spatula

Pastry brush and piping bag
If you like to decorate things, enjoy the creative decoration part of baking, baking aids such as brushes and piping bags are good for you. They make everything easier!
Springform pan, baking sheet or loaf pan
Also, you should select the appropriate mold for the cake of choice. For example, if the dough is liquid and will not set, it is recommended to use a loaf pan for baking.
