In our Summer Patisserie Course, you'll make 23 patisseries in four different delicious flavors. Six pieces of the refreshing lime-strawberry-rhubarb patisserie, six delicious coffee cubes, six refreshing coconut-mango patisseries and five French apricot or blueberry patisseries. All the mousses and creams needed for the patisseries will be made by you on the day of the course.
