Decorate own cookie

Do you know cookies that have been decorated into beautiful and intricate pieces of art? And you want to know how to do it? Our cookie course is perfect for that. Here you will learn what royal icing is or how to make your own egg white icing. What consistency you need to decorate a cookie. You will decorate about 10 different cookies in our cookie course and take them home after the course. We will show you different decorating techniques, how to decorate the cookies in different ways. 

Confectionery course - Bake like a pro

In our confectionery course we show you pastries that everyone likes, but are not so easy to make. After this baking course it is no longer a problem for you to make delicious confectionery at home. You will learn how to make Amaretti yourself and even how to refine them with a light alcohol cream and dip them in chocolate. Simply a dream, this heavenly confection! We will also show you how to make classic Cantuccini with almonds or with chocolate and orange. In the confectionery course, the good taste comes first and should not be neglected. Together we will make crispy Japonais Guetzli as confectionery and elaborate caramel tuiles. But the effort will be rewarded when you eat the delicacies, because they are irresistible!
