Have you always wanted to make your own chocolate Easter bunny? Then you now have the opportunity to do so. In our Easter bunny course you will learn from real chocolatiers how to decorate and cast your own chocolate Easter bunny.
This course is suitable for adults and children from the age of 8. The course price is for 1 adult or 1 child . Each course participant will make their own chocolate Easter bunny and will also make 7 Easter eggs (chocolates) with different fillings.
Please note that participation is only possible for registered persons. Accompanying persons are not permitted on this course.
At the beginning of the Easter bunny course, each person is first allowed to choose a bunny mould that they would like to cast. Then our experienced course leader shows you how to prepare and polish a professional chocolate mould so that the chocolate gets its unmistakable shine. Next, you will learn how to make up (decorate) the mould with different chocolates in our Easter Bunny course.
There are white, dark, milk and beige coloured chocolates to choose from, so there is something for everyone. After decorating your own chocolate figure, now comes the best part - pouring your favourite chocolate into the chocolate mould.
While your chocolate figure is cooling down in the fridge, our course leader will show you how to fill 7 Easter eggs (praline eggs) with different fillings and later coat them with liquid chocolate before covering them with different sprinkled decorations.
Later, the finished chocolate figure is carefully removed from the mould and beautifully wrapped. This course is fun for young and old and a great family experience for the Easter season.
Due to time constraints, we are not able to go into the professional tempering of the couverture. If you are interested in tempering couverture, we recommend that you attend our couverture tempering course.

A homemade Easter bunny made from the best Swiss chocolate (couverture). You will also make 7 Easter eggs (praline eggs) on the course, which will be filled with different fillings.
Each course participant is allowed to create their own Easter bunny under expert guidance. Different production techniques are explained and demonstrated. Each participant learns how to "make up", brush and pour the Easter bunny with different types of chocolate. Each participant is allowed to make 7 chocolate Easter eggs of their own and decorate them as they wish. At the end of the course, the homemade chocolate products are beautifully wrapped and taken home.
