However, these little pastry shells are often far too dry and don't have the consistency they should have. That's why we're sharing our personal madeleine recipe with you now! This recipe is absolutely sure-fire, delicious and anything but dry. We've also added crunchy chocolate drops, because what would life be without chocolate?

80 g whole egg
65 g sugar
20 g honey
30 g whole milk
50 g baking chocolate drops
100 g white flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of vanilla
100 g melted butter
