Blueberry yoghurt dessert in a glass

Blueberry yoghurt dessert in a glass

A delicious blueberry and yoghurt dessert in a jar is an ideal dessert when you want something quick and easy, but don't want to miss out on flavour. It's quick to make with just a few ingredients. Yoghurt and fruit go well together anyway and blueberries are universally popular, a delicious combination! The layered glass and the colour of the blueberry puree is also a real eye-catcher. It's perfect for the warm summer months as a refreshing snack. Why not give it a try now!

Preparation

Ingredients:

5 g raspberries, freeze-dried

10 g rice crisps

10 g rolled oats

20 g liquid butter

100 g natural yoghurt

250 g Philadelphia

160 g blueberries

50 g icing sugar

40 g blueberries

15 g granulated sugar

This is how it works: The production

  • Mix the raspberries, rice crisps and oat flakes in a bowl and then mix in the butter.

  • Pour the mixture evenly into each jar, about 2 cm high.
  • Now stir half of the Philadelphia into the yoghurt until smooth.
  • You can then puree the blueberries with the icing sugar and add the remaining second part of the cream cheese and stir.
  • Now divide the yoghurt mixture evenly between the five glasses and top with the blueberry mixture.
  • For the topping, briefly puree the 40 g of blueberries together with the granulated sugar in a tall container and pour over the blueberry mixture.
  • Instead of the cherry on the cake, we added a dollop of cream and a blueberry on top, but you are of course completely free to do as you wish.
  • The mixture is enough for 5 glasses and will keep in the fridge for approx. 3 days.
